Do you charge to come out?

We do have a trip charge. This fee is a flat rate price that covers our trip and diagnostic time. Unlike other companies that charge by the hour, we don’t feel you should have to pay extra for a technician who may not be as fast as another. In any case this fee is waived when you elect to have us perform your repair. Our service rep will quote you our current rate when you schedule your call.
