Tune-up Choices
Keep in mind, except for specifically identified services, these are tune-ups (preventative maintenance) to make sure components are in peak operating condition. If any issues are detected, your technician will explain them thoroughly, and provide options and up-front prices if any repairs are recommended. On-the-spot discounts – where specified – apply only to same-day service. Th following is a breif desciption of each tune-up, you can also click on each item for a more detail description and list of everythign that is included.
Water Heater (1 point) : Water heaters aren’t cheap, and their average service lifetime is about 12 years. Getting annual maintenance performed may double or even triple your water heater’s lifetime. We perform a complete safety inspection and system tune-up to make sure your investment is protected in the long run. Also included in this tune-up is a visual walkthrough of the plumbing system in your home making sure that you will not run into any future problems.
Pump (1 point) : Whether this is your sewage or sump pump having regular maintenance can help prevent problems from occurring in the future. The last thing you want is for these pumps to fail on you when you need them most.
Root-X (1 point) : When your lines are clogged with roots this can lead to major costs to digup and fix your lines. Using Root-X once every year helps keep those lines clear of roots and prevents them from growing. Click here to learn more about Root-X and view a short video about what it can do for you. Also included in this tune-up option we will use our advanced camera system to show you exactly what is going on in your lines and spot potential problems. Doing this will allow you to take action and prevent the problem from becoming an even bigger one.
Furnace (1 point) : The furnace tune-up includes one visit to your home in the fall season to perform our safety inspection, efficiency tune-up, and preventative maintenance. After the check up is complete you will receive a detailed checklist with results about your system so that you know your system and your family will be safe for the winter season.
Cooling (1 point) : The cooling tune-up includes one visit during the spring season to prepare your air conditioner for the steamy summer days ahead. Not only will your system be checked for safety, but it will also be tuned up to help save you money and prolong the life of your system. After the check up you will receive a detail report of the system performance so you know how your system is doing and that your family will be safe and comfortable in the upcoming season.
Heat Pump (2 points) : Just like a standard air conditioning system, heat pumps require regular maintenance as well. This helps the system last the longest and saves you money by operating at its best when you need it. A heat pump check includes the outdoor unit and the indoor furnace or air handler. This option includes 2 visits to your home in the spring and fall since your system is running all year long.
Boiler (2 points) : Just like the other mechanical systems in your home a boiler requires regular maintenance. In fact boilers are some of the more complex systems in your home and without regular maintenance can lead to costly repairs in the future. The boiler tune-up includes one visit per year.
